Our client’s privacy and security is the number one concern to Phantasm Paranormal and all of our members. At NO time will we release private information pertaining to our clients personal lives, or location without prior approval, or court order.

Private information includes such things as, and not limited to:
♦ Last name of individuals affected by a haunting
♦ Last name of an individual requesting our assistance
♦ Address of a person affected by a haunting
♦ Phone number of any person/persons affected by a haunting, or requesting our assistance.
♦ E-mail address of any person/persons affected by a haunting, or requesting our assistance.
♦ Place of employment of any person/persons affected by a haunting, or requesting our assistance.
♦ Real names will not be used without prior consent of any person/persons affected by a haunting, or requesting our assistance.
♦ Pictures of the front of any house that will make it easily identifiable by others of any person/persons affected by a haunting, or requesting our assistance.
♦ Pictures of the outside of any house that will make it easily identifiable by others of any person/persons affected by a haunting, or requesting our assistance.
♦ Pictures of the inside of any house that will make it easily identifiable by others of any person/persons affected by a haunting, or requesting our assistance.
Request Exclusions from Our Website.
♦ Our clients can request exclusion of part of the evidence we gather from an investigation, or total exclusion of all evidence gathered during the entire investigation.
♦ Clients can request their first name exclusion from our website. A false name will be inserted in its place.
♦ Clients can request the first name of any family member be excluded from our website. A false name will be inserted in its place.
♦ Clients can request the real name of their town, or city to be excluded from our website. A false name will be inserted in its place.
♦ Clients can request specific content i.e. images, videos, and/or audio from the investigation to be excluded from our website.
Evidence and Information That Will Be Used on Our Website
♦ Any and all pre-investigation audio recordings
♦ Any and all pre-investigation video recordings
♦ Any and all pre-investigation photographs or digital representation of inside the home, and the outside property; excluding easily identifiable pictures of the outside property, house, or the inside the house (up to our discretion).
♦ Actual first names of all people attending, and/or participating in the investigation prior to, during, or after the investigation.
♦ Actual ages of all people attending, and/or participating in the investigation prior to, during, or after the investigation.
♦ Actual names of towns, cities, and states connected in any manner to the investigation, prior to, during, or after.
♦ All pictures, audios, and videos will be posted to our website with the exclusion of specific content a client wants excluded.
News and other Media
♦ When and if anyone makes a request for more information. They must be from an official news outlet, or talk show i.e. Fox News, 7 News Omaha, Fox 42 News, The Awakening Liberty Show, Coast to Coast AM.
♦ All request for information must be made by e-mail.
♦ Clients will be contacted prior to the release of any information to the media.
♦ We will not share any of our clients information to the media without contacting our client first.
Local, State, and or Federal Law Enforcement

Some of our members are Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) in the state of Nebraska. State law requires them to report suspected crimes of abuse, neglect, or unsafe environments to the state of Nebraska. Paranormal connected activity is excluded.

♦ CAPTA mandates that all states have laws requiring mandatory reporting of child abuse and neglect. These laws vary by state, but in general mandatory reporters are people who are required by law to make a report when they, in their official capacity, suspect or have reason to believe a child has been abused or neglected, or when conditions could reasonably result in harm to a child. Every state has mandatory reporting laws for those working in healthcare, including EMS and fire personnel.
